Its advice helps design teams to improve their proposals and is used to provide independent guidance as part of the planning decision making process. Anna Freiesleben is also a member of the Bournemouth Design Panel.
Richard has been appointed to the South Downs National Park Authority Design Review Panel and to “Creating Excellence”, the South West Design Review Panel.
Between 2008 and 2017, Richard was a member of the East of England Design Review Panel and the South East Design Review Panel. The panel is managed by Design South East and it supports local planning authorities, developers and communities through impartial, constructive and expert design review of policies, plans and projects. Members of the panel are experienced, objective and authoritative. The panel offers a clear, constructive and consistent voice on design quality in the built environment across the south east of England.
