Feria Urbanism has been appointed by Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council to help them as they prepare a neighbourhood plan for this Hamshire parish.

Alongside the usual challenges facing a neighbourhood plan, this project has the added complexity of involving two local planning authorities, East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) and the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA). This requires the final neighbourhood plan to be in conformity with two different sets of planning regulations.

Meanwhile, the parish is under considerable development pressure and already experiences peak hour traffic congestion. Our work with the community will try to help reconcile these various competing demands.

The Feria Urbanism team is involved in other neighbourhood plans in a series of towns and villages including Loose, Hawkhurst, Lewes, Ticehurst, Paddock Wood, Staplehurst and Faversham. The team has also worked with a neighbourhood forum in Bristol. If you wish to know more about these other neighbourhood plan projects, please get in touch.
